Every BAWDYHAUZ order is delivered in plain, completely unmarked packaging. There is no brand name, logo, or any identifying information on the outside of the parcel. Your privacy is not an option here — it is the default.
Bank statements will show a discreet billing descriptor that does not reference BAWDYHAUZ or the nature of your purchase.
Standard delivery (2–5 working days) is £5.95. Orders over £150 qualify for free standard delivery. Express next-day delivery is £12.95, available on orders placed before 1pm Monday–Thursday. Saturday delivery is available for an additional charge.
We ship to selected countries in Europe, North America, and the Middle East. International delivery times are 5–10 working days depending on destination. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, products that have been opened or used cannot be returned. To initiate a return, contact orders@bawdyhauz.com with your order number.
If your order arrives damaged or if an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@bawdyhauz.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
